Who is Wellness While Working? 

WELLNESS WHILE WORKING is a Registered Business in Australia. Our website is located at https://wellnesswhileworking.com.au. This is a secure website which means any information (your passwords etc.) is private when it is sent to this site. https://wellnesswhileworking.com.au. Has a valid and up-to-date security certificate issued by Let’s Encrypt (R3). It is valid until 22nd January 2022, at which time it will be renewed. 

What is a security certificate? 

When you go to a site that uses HTTPS (connection security), the website’s server uses a certificate to prove the website’s identity to browsers, like Chrome. Anyone can create a certificate claiming to be whatever website they want. To help you stay on safe on the web, Chrome requires websites to use certificates from trusted organisations such as Let’s Encrypt. 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it. 

Comments 

At the time of creation, comments are not enabled on the website. However, if and when visitor’s comments are enabled on the site, we will advise accordingly. In this instance we will collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the global ‘Gravatar’ service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available on their website and linked to here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. 

Media 

At the time of creation, media uploads are not enabled on the website. However, if and when visitor’s images are enabled for upload to the website, we will advise accordingly. In this case, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. 

Cookies 

As previously advised, at the time of creation, comments are not enabled on the website. In the event comments are enabled, you be offered the opportunity to ‘opt-in’ – saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. When enabled, these cookies will last for one year. 

As our offering develops, you may have an account. If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. At present we do not keep any such data on our secure server. 

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day. 

Embedded content from other websites 

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. 

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. 

Analytics

Who we share your data with 

WELLNESS WHILE WORKING will not share your data with any agencies beyond the service requirements of your account: For example, we use Squarespace Scheduling to manage your bookings. Therefore, your details will be stored as per Squarespace Privacy Policy and their Security Measures and Safeguards Policy. At the time of creation, we do not accept payments on our site, though this may change in the future. Neither do we work with any other third parties. If this should change, we will update our Policies accordingly. 

How long we retain your data 

In the event you leave a comment, or make an enquiry, the comment/enquiry and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. 

For users that register on our website (if any), we will store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. 

What rights you have over your data 

In the event you have an account on this site, or have left comments, we will make provision to ensure you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. You may request this at any time, and this will not affect your ability to purchase services from WELLNESS WHILE WORKING. 

Where we send your data 

Visitor comments (when enabled) may be checked through an automated spam detection service. 

Payments 

We do not accept payments online at this time.
